Mitch Abrams

Mitch Abrams, founded and is currently the CEO of Providence Consulting and Design. Throughout Mitch’s Career, he has moved around to stay close to his clients. In order to provide the services necessary, Mitch has spent time in Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia and the Dominican Republic.

These days Mitch calls Hendersonville, Tennessee home. In his free time, he helps coach youth sports, volunteers at church, and sits on the back porch with his beautiful wife, Jill, and his three kids.

Pat Curran

Patrick’s career has been primarily rooted in the health care sector for more than 30 years.  Patrick has held management and executive level positions in the acute and post-acute care settings focused mainly around operations and finance.  His diverse health care experience includes time spent in pharmacy, and acute care hospital, long term acute care hospitals, post-acute care, a group purchasing organization and medical practice management.  Patrick is an entrepreneur at heart and has experienced the benefits of being a partner, a collaborator, and a mentor.

Patrick is from Louisville, KY, were he currently resides with his wife Diana and their two young children, Addison Rae and Waylon Robert.  When Patrick has some free time, he pursues his love of music, sports and traveling with his family.

Tim Clark

VP of operations

Tim Clark

Tim’s career began in the construction field trying to incorporate field practices into his passion of Drafting and Design. This led him to find interest in commercial facilities which ultimately led him to the skilled nursing Plant Operations/ Life Safety management field 13 years ago. He has since grown from a single small town nursing home to a large portfolio overseeing numerous Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Centers covering the greater Mid-West. Tim has spent his professional career in the states of Ohio, Missouri, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Tim calls the hilly country sides of Southeast Ohio is home with his wife Amanda and three young boys. In free time he likes to share his interest of the outdoors, hunting, and fishing with his young family with hope they follow in his footsteps.

Travis Neal

Senior Field Representative

Travis Neal

Travis’s passion for carpentry, electrical, and plumbing led him to begin his career as a maintenance supervisor in a skilled nursing facility and quickly grew to oversee life/safety aspects of his community. After several years he set his sights on assisted living communities where he continued to educate himself on different requirements for life/safety on a multi-state level. Afterwards, he ventured to independent living and memory care facilities as a campus maintenance director to continue his knowledge as an efficient and thorough individual. During this time frame, Travis had supervised several large renovations in each building to completion.

His enthusiastic work ethic led him to oversee life/safety regulations and project progression on a national level.

Mike Puckett

Mike Puckett

Most of Mike’s career was spent on his farm in Southwest Kansas and was responsible for all equipment and building repairs performed on the farm.  His experience with mechanical and structural repair and design will be of great value when performing his current duties at Providence Consulting and Design. Mike is married to Sundi Puckett and they have 3 boys.

Jonathan "JT" Tucker

Jonathan has been around healthcare his whole life. During his summers as a kid, Jonathan loved to volunteer at nursing homes. His father was always an entrepreneur. When Jonathan was 14, he started helping and building his father's businesses. Once he was out of school, he went on to be one of the youngest assistant store managers at a local Rent-to-Own chain. But that really wasn't his passion. He went into construction for a while, then decided to go to school to get his PTA. After deciding that none of that was for him, a maintenance director job opened up. He took the job and flourished, he loved every minute of it. After several deficiency free surveys, he was promoted to Area Director of Plant Operations. Six months later he became Regional Director of Plant Operations and has been involved in life safety ever since.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, and beautiful wife.

Sundi Puckett

Sundi moved to the great state of Tennessee three years ago from Western Kansas. She grew up a farmer's daughter. For twenty-five years she was a professional florist, involved in every aspect, from design to ownership. While raising three boys she managed multiple businesses along with her husband Mike's farm. Sundi's experience in the business world helps her manage the needs of our customers.

Hunter Abrams

Hunter Abrams

Hunter was born in central Kentucky but was raised in 7 different towns in 4 different states and 2 countries throughout his childhood, which equipped him with a broad worldview. As you can see, his last name is Abrams, he is the son of Mitch Abrams, the founder, and CEO of Providence Consulting and Design (PC&D). He watched his dad start this company and grew more and more interested in his fathers business and began developing his skill sets to meet needs in PC&D, that no one else was meeting. He began using his creative gifts to tell the stories of Providence Consulting and Design through website development and photography.
