Michael Dawson
Michael Dawson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to us here at PC&D. While Michael's education is in computer information systems, he spent 15 years in the manufacturing industry with Ford Motor Company, and for most of those years, he was annually elected crew leader. To say that Michael has a keen eye for processes and increasing efficiency would be an understatement.
After reading a book by Napoleon Hill called "Think and Grow Rich," Michael realized his passion for entrepreneurship was alive but not active. He left Ford in 2015 and went into business for himself in residential renovations and flips.
Simultaneously, Michael and our founder Mitch Abrams shared an interest in high school sports, namely football. As they interacted as friends, Michael realized they also had professional shared interests as well.
Michael joins PC&D as a light renovations project manager, and he's thoroughly enjoying it. In his words, "Everything I need to be successful; Mitch makes sure I have."
